Sanghamitra Karra is Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and currently heads Multicultural Innovation Lab for Europe, Middle East and Africa which is an in-house accelerator program focussed on women and ethnic minority founders. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 and held a variety of roles in Risk Management covering Stress Testing, risk coverage for Investment Management and Climate Risk. She is passionate about combating climate change and promoting diversity and inclusion through her work and is a member of the Race to Action group. She holds Masters degrees in Statistics and Climate Change & Development.
