Founding Partner, Form Ventures

Leo Ringer is a founding partner at Form Ventures, a seed stage venture capital fund backing startups in markets shaped by regulation and public policy. He is also an adviser to Global Counsel, a leading political risk and regulatory advisory business, where he led the London office until 2019.

Prior to this he was an adviser to the Secretary of State for Business in the UK government and a head of group at the CBI, the business representative body.
