Dana is CEO of Obelisk Support and founder of the First 100 Years campaign. A TedX speaker, Dana is an expert on gender equality, entrepreneurship and legal technology. In 2020, she was recognised as a champion of gender equality with the Special Contribution Award at the Women in Law Awards. In 2019, she was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Legal Services by The Legal 500; and in 2018, she was voted Legal Personality of the Year. 

In 2010, Dana founded Obelisk Support to provide flexible legal solutions to the FTSE100 and law firms by working with lawyers that need to work flexibly. The company was listed as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Europe in 2018 by the Financial Times. In 2020 it was highly commended at The Lawyer Awards and won Supplier of the Year at the Women in Law Awards; and in 2021 it was ranked in Chambers and Partners. Dana was awarded an honorary doctorate in laws by University of Worcester in 2018.
