Following a long and successful career leading technology and eCommerce teams for well-known media and travel brands, Carolyn left her corporate life to launch Maiden Voyage. 

Today Maiden Voyage is the leading name in diverse traveller safety, helping organisations globally to support their female and LGBTQ+ business travellers through a range of training, consultancy and eLearning programmes.

She is a well-known speaker on the subject of inclusivity in business travel safety and duty of care and has been widely featured in the press including the New York Times, CNN, Forbes.

Carolyn sits on the Global Business Travel Association Risk Committee and is Trustee for UK Domestic Abuse charity Refuge.
