Aimee has 15 years experience working within talent attraction and development and founded the video subscription platform, Careercake.com raising significant Angel and VC funding to establish and scale the award winning platform.

She has won numerous awards and accolades including CEO of 'Best Employability Advice Website 2019' National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAS) and Top Women In Technology List - 2019. Her achievements have also seen her front a number of TV shows including: her success has seen her front a number of TV programmes as ‘the recruitment expert’ including: BBC1 Wales’ X-Ray - 9 episodes as the ‘Recruitment Expert’ and BBC3 Cash Mob – Presenter.

In 2014 Aimee delivered a TEDx talk in London. Titled - Judgment, Don’t Let It Frighten You! and her YouTube videos have reached 30 million views across 5 strategic channels.

As well as having her own careers column ‘Ask Aimee’ in the Accounting Technician magazine, Aimee has been quoted in The Independent, Telegraph, Observer, Glamour, Stylist, The Huffington Post and Jobs and Career Magazine.
