The Inclusive Innovation Forum brings together some of the leading entrepreneurs, investors and policy experts in the UK and Europe, as well as a wider network of the most ambitious, high-potential entrepreneurs and people supportive of supporting underserved founders.

Research shows that some founders face persistent disparities in business outcomes, with systemic disadvantages, such as differences in access to capital, playing a key role. Over the last ten years, less than 2% of the venture capital funds invested in the UK went to teams of all-ethnic minority founders.

Despite that, these founders have built over one million businesses, created three million jobs, and contributed £74bn to the UK economy.

The Inclusive Innovation Forum exists to encourage, support and promote the UK’s underserved entrepreneurs through networking and advocacy. Sign up to our newsletter for access to exclusive events, insights from leading founders, and exposure to Morgan Stanley’s Multicultural Innovation Lab.

The Multicultural Innovation Lab (the “Lab”) is Morgan Stanley’s in-house accelerator programme promoting financial inclusion and providing access to capital for early stage technology and tech-enabled companies led by women or ethnic minority founders.

The first cohort of five EMEA companies will be starting the accelerator programme in August at Morgan Stanley’s EMEA headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
