The UK government recently announced new High Potential Individual and Scale-up visa routes as part of its Innovation Strategy. The new visa routes are intended to attract and retain highly-skilled talent and make the UK an exciting innovation destination. The High Potential visa route will be open to graduates from top global universities and the Scale-up visa route is intended to facilitate the recruitment of talented individuals to support UK scale-up businesses as they grow.
We are hosting a series of breakfast roundtables with Kingsley Napley on visas and immigration. This one looks at the two new UK immigration visa routes and considers how they will support entrepreneurs to attract and retain international talent. At this event you will:
get insights from Kingsley Napley’s top ranked immigration team about the proposed Scale-up and High Potential Individual visa routes;
hear from some of Britain's leading entrepreneurs about how the new visa routes will help businesses to attract international talent;
feed into the research and lobbying efforts of The Entrepreneurs Network; and
network with other ambitious entrepreneurs who have a passion for reforming the visa system.
