More and more people are working from home. This presents an opportunity and a problem for entrepreneurs. Businesses must choose whether they want to have a close-knit team, based in the same office or if they want to hire from a global pool of talent. Both options have their drawbacks, one favours closer social ties and the other a more diverse outlook. Recruitment is already one of the most difficult things for an entrepreneur when she is scaling her business. Doubly so when hiring for roles outside of her area of expertise.
In this event you will learn:
How some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs build a diverse team;
How to support your employees to get the most out of them
The pros and cons of going remote
