The Entrepreneurs Network and weare3Sixty are hosting this Adviser lunch at UCL School of Management.
How can the startup ecosystem support entrepreneurs to develop the resilience needed for the rollercoaster of starting up and scaling up? What do entrepreneurs need to do and how can those supporting them help? In this meetup, Christina Richardson, Entrepreneurship Fellow at UCL, founder of entrepreneur-support community weare3Sixty will share early-release results from her new research on the mental toughness needed for building a company. We’ll then open up for group discussion over lunch.
The Founder Resilience Research Project has conducted a large survey among entrepreneurs on the psychology of starting, growing and running a business, and aims to build a playbook for founder resilience to help entrepreneurs navigate the scaling journey sustainably. Join the session to contribute to the study and learn how we can all help.
Our monthly meetups provide an opportunity for our Advisers and other guests to meet and chat with us about how we can help make the UK the best place in the world to start and grow a business. Light lunch will be provided and places are limited to 25.
