  • Terrace Pavillion House of Commons London UK (map)

The Entrepreneurs Network are hosting a drinks reception on the Terrace Pavilion of the House of Commons to launch the second report of our Business Stay-Up campaign.

Speaking at the launch will be Kelly Tolhurst MP. Kelly is the Minister for Small Business, Consumers and Corporate Responsibility with a brief covering industrial strategy, small business and enterprise (including access to finance), and the retail sector.

Business Stay-Up is a research-led campaign to raise awareness of the pressures and challenges business owners face as they seek to survive and scale, and understand what can be done to increase the probability of success.

The report will highlight how adopting structured management practices can lead to fewer unnecessary business failures. It documents the growing evidence of the positive impact of good management practices on productivity and sets out policy recommendations to increase the rate of adoption of management and leadership training in the UK.

The Entrepreneurs Network is a think tank for the ambitious owners of Britain’s fastest growing businesses and aspirational entrepreneurs.

This campaign is in partnership with the Association of Business Executives (ABE)As the pioneer in global business education, the Association of Business Executives was founded more than 40 years ago with a clear social purpose to improve business education for aspiring entrepreneurs in developing countries, many of which are now high-growth economies. That pioneering spirit remains as it seizes new challenges to engage millennials with flexible and relevant learning content and credentials.
