This event is kindly supported by Octopus: a group of entrepreneurially-minded businesses, each built on the belief that people deserve better. Founded in 2000, it is now one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies, operating in two sectors – financial services and energy supply. Guests will hear from Co-Founder Chris Hulatt.
Chris co-founded Octopus in 2000 from the front room of his London flat. Today, Chris is an award-winning entrepreneur whose role is to develop Octopus relationships with institutional investors around the world.
Additionally, Chris spends his time championing British entrepreneurialism and promoting policy ideas to drive business growth, by meeting UK business leaders and stakeholders such as MPs and government ministers.
Entrepreneurs’ Drinks are virtual events with our Advisers. Guests will be sent a bottle of wine (or alternative), so we can have a glass while sharing our thoughts on how to make the UK the best place in the world to start and grow a business.
Find out more about becoming an Adviser here, and drop an email to philip@tenentrepreneurs.org if you’re keen to get involved.
