Attracting Talent in a Rapidly Scaling Company
Leap 100 Power breakfasts are small, informal affairs. We restrict them to around 18 people – mostly the founders of Leap 100 companies. Our principal guest kicks off with roughly 10 minutes of introductory remarks; a light breakfast is served; and ideas and experiences are exchanged. This breakfast will consider:

- The wider benefits of enabling global talent;
- Going global from day one.
Cameron Stevens is the CEO and co-founder of Prodigy Finance. Cameron is a South African serial entrepreneur with a special focus on social entrepreneurship and early stage technology investing. He has previously founded a South African staffing company focused on skilling up the unemployed, as well as an Asian early stage technology investment outfit, which successfully listed a client company on the Malaysian exchange.
Cameron co-founded Prodigy Finance with two other INSEAD MBA alumni after discovering firsthand the problems students face in funding international education. Presently, he spends his time between the Prodigy offices in London and Cape Town. He is a chili fiend, street food aficionado, bookworm, plane-spotter and relentless traveller.
