Leap 100 breakfasts are small, informal affairs. Our principal guest kicks off with roughly 10 minutes of introductory remarks; a light breakfast is served; and ideas and experiences are exchanged under Chatham House Rules.

This event will consider: 

• attracting, mentoring and retaining graduates; 
• the balance of responsibility versus ability and experience;
• rewarding and locking in directors.

Darling Associates

Darling Associates Architects is an award winning architecture practice with studios in London and Poland. It started from two-person practice in 2003, grew to 70, but had to manage the financial crash when they cut back to 25. It is now approaching 80 people. The team comprises of talent from from all over the world who channel their talent and skills into each and every project.
